~ Pour out my Spirit ~

As I was reading Isaiah 44 this morning, this verse leaped off the page and blessed me:

[Isa 44:3 NKJV] 3 For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;

This pouring is like the pouring of the anointing oil for the equipping and anointing necessary for the ministry of the Holy Spirit! Hallelujah! Who is like our God? None – there is none like our God!

[Proverbs 1:23 NKJV] 23 Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.

[Joel 2:28-29 NKJV] 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on [My] menservants and on [My] maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

[Acts 2:17-18 NKJV] 17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. 18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.

Yes Lord! Pour out your Spirit upon your people! We need you Lord! Our land needs you and your ways to prevail so that we might learn to live in peace. Help us Lord – pour out your Spirit upon all our leaders and open their eyes to the truth! Help us Lord to abolish abortion in all it’s forms and restore righteousness in our land. Expose all the liars and lies that are being foisted upon us! Shield and protect your anointed ones Lord! I pray in Jesus’ mighty name! Amen!
